Newborn Sleep Teleseminar

Are you ready to help your clients (and their babies) sleep peacefully?

This audio workshop is for anyone who works overnight with new babies - or wants to! I teach you how to gently work on babies' developmental ability to put themselves to sleep and stay asleep for long stretches, until they're sleeping through the night! I also talk about what working overnights looks like as a Newborn Care Specialist/Postpartum Doula, and some issues you may encounter. By the end of this class, you'll know how to get a baby sleeping 10-12 hours a night by 3-4 months old, and your clients will LOVE you for it!

Includes:

  • Mp3 Audio Recording
  • PDF Handout

What We'll Cover:

We get so many questions on how we do overnights and how to work on baby sleep gently and naturally. If you're able to offer to help you clients get their babies sleeping through the night, they'll think you're magical and keep you for weeks and weeks!

You'll learn:

  • What overnight care looks like - how to support clients during the night.
  • Natural newborn sleep development - what to expect over the first few months - day and night.
  • Mythbusting - why what's "ideal" isn't always what's best.
  • How to know when a baby is ready for better sleep.
  • "MY baby doesn't sleep through the night. How can I help clients?" - What YOU can do that parents cant.
  • Common concerns and how they affect sleep - breastfeeding issues, reflux, etc.
  • How to encourage good sleep as your end goal so parents don't need to sleep train.
  • What non-judgmental support looks like, even if your personal philosophy doesn't agree.
  • TWINS (or more)! - How to work on good sleep when there's more than one baby in the mix.
